PGA WEST is a master-planned country club community, covering 2,200 acres, with six golf courses surrounded by nearly 3,188 homes and lots. The PGA WEST Master Association was created for the purpose of managing the PGA WEST community. The PGA WEST Master Association represents all homeowners at PGA WEST.
The Master Association is responsible for gate and patrol services throughout the private residential community; and landscaping common areas along PGA Boulevard and the perimeter of the PGA WEST community.
The Master Association manages seven manned and eight unmanned entry gates, controlling the comings and goings of homeowners, guests, and vendors within the private PGA WEST homeowner community.
The Master Association is also responsible for working with developers and major utilities to ensure responsible and orderly growth within our community.
Other PGA WEST Entities
In addition to the Master Association, there are four other major entities within the PGA WEST community: three residential Homeowners Associations (HOAs) and The Club at PGA WEST.
The three residential HOAs are:
* PGA WEST Residential Association I
* PGA WEST Residential Association II
* Fairways Homeowners Association
These HOAs are commonly known as Res I, Res II, and Fairways.
Each of the five PGA WEST entities operates independently, but all have a common goal: working together for the common good of the community. The Master Association collaborates with the residential HOAs and The Club at PGA WEST to promote safe and beautiful neighborhoods — and to ensure orderly development within the PGA WEST community.
Residential HOAs:
The residential HOAs are responsible for areas inside the perimeter walls within the PGA WEST community. In those areas, the residential HOAs take care of landscaping, architecture, road and pool maintenance.
The Club at PGA WEST:
The Club at PGA WEST is a separate business, owned by Century Golf Partners and Hankuk Industry, an owner of private clubs and golf courses in the U.S. and Japan, have formed a joint venture and acquired the PGA WEST Portfolio, Which includes The Citrus Club, nine golf courses and five clubhouse located in La Quinta, California.
