The Master Association Board of Directors contracts with a management company to provide a variety of services that support our Board and our community. Our management company is The Management Trust; with division offices located in Palm Desert.
Our management team reports directly to the Master Association Board and advises us on key issues. Our staff includes:

Assistant General Manager
Transponder Administrator
Rental Registration Coordinator
Homeowners and Board Members chairing, or serving on Master Association committees, are required to sign a Code of Ethics and Conduct. By signing the Code of Ethics and Conduct, Committee Members agree to act in good faith, act in the best interest of the Master Association, and follow other required standards of behavior. The Code of Ethics and Conduct is designed to ensure that all Committee members understand and act according to the fiduciary duty they owe to the Master Association and its homeowners.
