The Driver Identification Policy (ID Policy) provides guidance and authority to the Master Association’s Managing Agent and Gates & Patrol Contractor to establish driver identification procedures at any manned entry gates for individuals entering the PGA WEST community.

The Board is hereby adopting this resolution to satisfy the requirements of Civil Code section 5850 that before imposing a penalty that is greater than one hundred dollars ($100) per violation, it has adopted the written findings set forth herein which specify the adverse health or safety impact in a Board meeting open to the members on July 17, 2025.

All Board members are encouraged to sign the Code of Ethics and Conduct for Directors. This document encourages Directors to act in good faith, act in the best interest of the Master Association, and follow other required standards of behavior. The Code of Ethics and Conduct is designed to ensure that all Directors understand and act according to the fiduciary duty they owe to the Master Association and its homeowners.

To enhance community access and security, PGA WEST homeowners use transponders for their vehicles, including golf carts.

This policy provides general rules and regulations, and parking and traffic regulations. All vendors, contractors and service providers are required to complete, sign and comply with the PGA WEST Vendor Application and Rules and Regulations.
