This page contains information for homeowners wishing to rent their properties. Our Common Community Rules and Regulations (“CCRRs”) require registration of all rental properties within PGA West, and applies to both short term (i.e., 30 days or less) and long-term (31 consecutive days or more) property rentals. The registration process must be completed prior to any rental activity (including advertising properties for rent) and requires payment of an annual rental registration fee. The current rental registration fee is $250. Registrations are on a calendar year basis. Payments are final and are not prorated.
In the case of short-term vacation rentals (“STVRs” – properties rented for 30 days or less), the property owner must also have (and provide a copy of) a current and valid City of La Quinta Business License and a City of La Quinta STVR rental permit.
Please also check with your Residential Association (Res I, Res II or Fairways) to determine what additional rules they may have – including any Short-Term Rental Restrictions.
NOTE: The Rental Registration form for STVRs will not be processed without a copy of the La Quinta Business License and STVR Rental Permit.
